PROFILE

Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, I loved the accessibility to world class architecture, art, design, and culture the proximity to the city afforded me. I moved to the city for college, stayed for work and after 17 years, I returned with my husband, my young children, and my sweet goldendoodle, Winnie. From my own life experience, in addition to my client engagements, I understand lifestyle transitions, I understand budgets, I understand that kids and animals have their needs, and I understand design must be functional as well as beautiful to enhance everyday life.

That move to the city for college? Well, that turned into three degrees: in business, education, and then a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design. I have worked at prominent architecture firms and boutique design studios. I have planned, designed, and implemented a variety of project types from large-scale commercial spaces to smaller personal residences. In all my projects, I listen to my clients’ needs from the start to finish. I partner with them and the contractors, so the entire project—our journey and our outcome—belongs to our team.
